SEM firm icrossing promoted Rod Lenniger from senior VP of operations to COO. Earlier, Lenniger was president of Stoner-Roland, a management and consulting firm.

Tacoda named Seth Bacharach to lead Eastern region sales, a newly created position. He joins from Conducive, where he has held a similar post since February.

Online video player EyeWonder promoted President and co-founder David Breckling to CEO. Breckling succeeds John Vincent in the chief executive seat. Vincent will head newly formed media and planning agency Voyant Media Group, and will continue to sit on EyeWonders board.

Navigame, a New York-based marketing firm targeting the video game audience, named Alex Kakoyiannis managing partner and added Terry Torok to its advisory board. Kakoyiannis was a VP at Clear Channel; Torok is president of Live From Earth Entertainment.

Red Door Interactive hired Marcus LaTour as director of new business development. LaTour joins the San Diego-based firm from previous stints as Northwestern sales manager for Redherring.com and Stockmaster.com, and national online sales manager for IDG’s Publish Magazine.
