FindWhat.com promotes Seb Bishop; VBMA hires a new president; Carton Donofrio adds three to service new accounts.

FindWhat.com promoted Seb Bishop to chief marketing officer. Bishop has until now been an SVP with the company, and has served on the board since September. Bishop co-founded Espotting Media. Earlier, he held senior art director posts with agencies including Rainey Kelly Campbell Rolfe/Y&R and Publicis.

The Viral and Buzz Marketing Association (VBMA) named Brian Clark as president. Clark is founder and president of Orlando-based GMD Studios. Thomas Zorbach, who has served as acting president for the past year, stepped down. The VBMA now has 79 members worldwide. Twenty-eight are in North America. The organization says Clark will work closely with Pete Snyder, CEO of member company New Media Strategies, to help build up the VBMA’s presence in North America.

Carton Donofrio Partners hired Jennifer Granger as account manager, Kevin Tomko as media planner and Charlena Michelle Shrieves as project manager. Among the full-service agency’s client wins last year were The Maryland Science Center, ITT Industries’ defense business, Promontory Interfinancial and Walden University.
