Fathom Online appointed two senior executives. The provider of search marketing and technology services named Tom Yntema as national director of business development and Jim Macove as director, strategic services.

LinkedIn named Dan Nye CEO. Reid Hoffman, founder of the online personal business network, remains as LinkedIn’s chairman and president of products.

Amtrak has named IMAGES USA as its agency of record. Multicultural marketing communications firm IMAGES USA will focus on Amtrak’s nationwide long distance service and its Acela Express service between Boston and Washington, DC.

Email Data Source, Inc. has elected Sarah Fay, president of Isobar, US, to its board of directors. Email Data Source is a provider of analytics to e-mail marketers, while Isobar is a global network of digital marketing services companies owned by London-based market research holding company Aegis Group PLC.
