Avenue A / Razorfish promotes Brown to head West region; OPA hires director of research.

Avenue A | Razorfish last month promoted Darin Brown to president of the West region. He replaces Clark Kokich.

The Online Publishers Association hired Stuart Schneiderman as OPA’s new director of research. Schneiderman spent five years with the Associated Press, handling research for AP Digital and eventually for all the company’s media channels.

IAC/InterActiveCorp named Michael Jackson president of programming. Jackson was chairman of Universal Television Group and CEO of Channel Four in the U.K.
