Enlighten hired John Gray as director of interactive marketing, a new post. Gray joins from JWT in Detroit, where he handled digital media planning for Ford Division, Bosch Automotive, Shell and White Castle.

Enlighten’s digital marketing services include online advertising, search, email and viral.

Vendare Media VP of Marketing Eric Frost has left the company to head marketing for Ultimate Staffing. No replacement has been named.

Third Screen Media named Brian Stoller as strategic development director. Stoller joins from mOne Worldwide, where he was associate media director.

Creative agency ATTIK hired Tim Scott as creative director and Mark Anderson as account director. Scott’s client work includes a stint with Y&R/BrandBuzz, where he oversaw work on Sony, Plymouth Gin, Danzka Vodka and Sam Adams.

BabyAge.com tapped Pepperjam to provide search engine marketing services, affiliate program management and e-commerce consultation. The client is a baby products e-tailer.
