Empower hires a digital marketing analyst; WhitePages.com names John Jordan to lead business development.

Empower MediaMarketing hired Brian Wallunas as digital marketing analyst. He joins from Nielsen BuzzMetrics in Cincinnati, where he was an account manager and senior research analyst.

WhitePages.com hired John Jordan as VP of business development. Jordan was most recently VP of business development at MSN, prior to which he led business development and strategic planning for Microsoft Games Studios.

Fox Mobile Entertainment named Natalie Farsi to the newly created post of SVP of content and m-commerce for Mobizzo. Farsi has provided mobile strategy consultation to MTV Networks, Warner Music Group, Showtime Networks and Universal Music Group.

Jumpstart Automotive Media hired Steve Dooley as VP of Eastern media sales. Dooley was most recently director of Detroit ad operations for Newsweek Magazine and Newsweek.com.

The Georgia Department of Economic Development tapped Spunlogic for online marketing services. The assignment includes online advertising, site design, email and search.

Burst Media will offer Rovion’s online video spokesperson technology across its network.

Brent Hieggelke has left his role as head of marketing at WebTrends to join London-based Touch Clarity as CMO.

Right Media, an online media exchange and ad technology firm, hired John Roberts as CFO. Roberts was CFO at Arbinet.

iCrossing hired Margaret Luciano-Williams as VP of human resources. In the role, she’ll handle talent acquisition and organizational design.

U.K.-based online directory Fish4 tapped Accipiter for ad management on its site.
