CBS Audience Network names two execs; ComScore hires a CRO; LookSmart CFO resigns.

CBS Audience Network named Joe Ferreira as senior vice president and general manager, and Heather Moosnick as vice president, business development. CBS Audience Network was formed in April through content deals with a number of Web destinations. Ferreira most recently served as vice president of programming, executive producer, CBS Sportsline.com, while Moosnick was general counsel for Music Nation, an online community for unsigned musicians.

ComScore hired Josh Chasin as chief research officer. Prior to joining the online measurement firm, Chasin was the principal and founder of Warp Speed Marketing, a Manhattan-based media research consultancy. Chasin has been tasked with leading comScore’s involvement with the Media Ratings Council (“MRC”) auditors as comScore completes the MRC pre-audit and moves into the formal audit phase of the MRC accreditation process.

Revver CEO Steven Starr is shedding daily oversight of the company and will henceforth be chairman of its board of directors. Kevin Wells will be the video sharing platform’s new chief executive.

LookSmart Chief Financial Officer John Simonelli announced his resignation. Simonelli intends to stay with the online advertising and technology company until a replacement is found.

Resolution Media hired Eric Anderson as vice president, project management & analytics. The search marketing strategy and integration firm hired Anderson away from a position as manager of data and analytics for the Internet Content Group of Publications International.

CondéNet named Christina Albee associate publisher of Style.com and Men.style.com. Albee was most recently both New York advertising director of InStyle and associate publisher of InStyle Weddings for Time Inc.
