ExactTarget’s added two clients. Pier 1 Imports and Icelandair will use the company’s email platform for outbound communications.

24/7 Real Media hired Rob Wilson as managing director of its European operation. He replaces Christopher Wagner, who resigned after six years as CEO of the European business.

CSTV.com, a digital and cable programmer focused on college sports, will use Rovion’s online video spokespeople to package content for college athletic Web sites. The first project involves University of Maryland’s official athletic site.

Breakthrough Interactive Group tapped Narrowstep to support a martial arts-themed video channel. Narrowstep’s telvOS technology enables both serving and monetization of broadband content.
