Two executive appointments at Neo@Ogilvy; Yahoo! Europe beefs up media team; BlueLithium hires Internet veterans.

Eric Wheeler, managing director of OgilvyInteractive North America, was handed the additional post of CEO of Neo@Ogilvy, North America. In addition, Neo@Ogilvy Asia Pacific digital VP Ken Mandel was made CEO of that region

Yahoo Europe hired Simon Gunning and Lloyd Shepherd to its media team. Gunning joins as director of entertainment and games. Shepherd comes on as director of news, sport and information.

BlueLithium hired Jay Webster as CTO and Dave Zinman as head of product marketing and management. Webster was VP of engineering for Adteractive and president and CTO for Fathom Online. Zinman was SVP of operations and marketing for Zinio.

WorldNow promoted Stuart Marcus to SVP of local ad sales. Before joining the company five years ago, he was Southwest division manager at Paramount Pictures & Fox Television.
