Agency.com promotes Eldridge, Valk Peterson; Jingle hires SVP of sales to monetize 1-800-FREE411; H&R Block names agency of record, including for interactive.

Agency.com promoted Joe Eldridge to chief operating officer and Eric Valk Peterson to managing partner in its New York office. Eldridge was previously VP of operations, and Valk Peterson was VP of media.

Jingle Networks, which operates ad-supported directory assistance line 1-800-FREE411, hired an SVP of sales. John Roswech was previously VP of sales for aQuantive’s Atlas division.

H&R Block made IPG’s Campbell Mithun its agency of record. The assignment includes interactive, broadcast and print.

The New York promoted Alexis Buryk to SVP of advertising. Buryk was group VP of advertising.

Operative hired Tullio Siragusa as SVP of global sales and account management. He was previously a client partner and alliances director with Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Music-focused marketing agency Cornerstone made several hires. Michael Adasko and Claudine Goin join as project managers, Kimberlee Mar and Steve Lowenthal as account managers, and Coleman Feeney as a “lifestyle coordinator.”
