Creative agency R/GA has promoted Stephen Plumlee, who has been with the agency for eight years, to the role of executive vice president and chief operating officer. Part of Plumlee’s role will be to lead the development of the digital studio, R/GA’s digital media production group. Most recently, he was executive vice president, production.

Additionally, John Antinori has been bumped up to senior vice president, managing director of production, assuming Plumlee’s production leadership role. Antinori has been an executive at R/GA since 1999, having recently been named a managing director.

The adidas Group has made significant changes in marketing for its adidas and Reebok brands. Dennis Baldwin, who had been head of global brand marketing for Reebok, is leaving to “pursue other professional interests.” He’s being replaced by Uli Becker, previously head of global brand marketing for adidas. Eric Liedtke is taking the marketing helm at adidas. Previously, he headed up brand marketing at adidas America.

Reebokhas done particularly extensive work in interactive marketing, most notably with its Terry Tate initiative and VOD efforts.

Kevin Gianatiempo was named president of Winstar Interactive’s newly launched Interactive Video Network (IVN). The division sells streaming pre-roll video spots across sites including HistoryChannel.com, Biography.com, AETV.com, and FHMus.com. Gianatiempo was most recently VP of sales at GameDAILY. He’s also held management and advertising roles at DoubleClick, weather.com and Tribal Fusion.

Endemol Southern Star, producer of Big Brother, has tapped Accipter’s AdManager technology to serve online ads during the sixth season of the reality TV series. The media company offers live video streaming, video-on-demand segments and other content associated with the program.

Mobile coupon company Moonstorm has enticed former Coca-Cola exec David Raines to sit on its advisory board. Raines most recently served as the Coca-Cola Company’s vice president of integrated marketing communications for North America.

Mobile marketing company NeoMedia Technologies won McDonald’s Portugal as a client for mobile couponing. The company’s Gavitec division is helping the fast food giant deliver discounts to consumers’ mobile phones.

EmailLabs announced 65 new clients including Forbes.com, Crunch Fitness, Dominator Clothing, Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency/American Education Services (PHEAA) and Travel Industry Association of America (TIAA). provider. The company also said it added nine staffers this quarter, including the management team addition of Todd Armenio as director of sales. Armenio was formerly with RightNow Technologies. More hires are planned, said GM Jim Herbold.

comScore Europe has appointed Delphine Gatignol to be its sales manager for France. She’ll be based in the company’s London office and will work to both develop new business initiatives and support existing clients in France and Belgium.

Prior to joining comScore, Gatignol managed international sales and operations at TNS Theatrical Entertainment Services (TES), a member of the TNS Group of companies.

RSS advertising and measurement firm FeedBurner signed Wired News as a client for feed management and reporting.
