Lowe’s Companies anointed Tribal DDB Chicago as its digital agency of record. The home improvement retailer charged the interactive agency with developing and implementing all e-marketing initiatives.
LeadStream hired two execs. The online lead generation company for small- to medium-sized businesses hired Andy Jacobson as senior vice president of sales and Kevin Keller as vice president of search engine marketing. LeadStream is a new business unit of local search company Innovectra.
Fotolog selected StrongMail as its e-mail platform. The photo blogging community and social network will use StrongMail for delivery of e-mail to its 8 million members across 200 countries.

Interactive Investor selected Revenue Science. The U.K.-based investment and personal finance Web site chose Revenue Science to provide behavioral targeting services beginning in June of 2007.
