Broadband Enterprises and PIC-TV partnered on a pre-roll advertising deal. PIC-TV will represent some :10 spots across Broadband Enterprises’s 1,800 affiliate Web sites.

MediaWhiz Holdings promoted or hired several execs. The performance-based online marketing firm appointed Jason Cohen, founder of MediaWhiz, as chief sales officer and president of its New York City office. Yannick Tessier, founder of Global Resource Systems (GRS), has also accepted the position of chief strategy officer, while Michael Germani, formerly chief operating officer of GRS, will become MediaWhiz’s e-mail delivery officer. Additionally, John Dopazo, formerly CTO of e-mail service provider WhiteDelivery, was promoted to president of that unit. Dow Smith, former COO, becomes president of Monetizeit.net, while Monetizeit.net co-founder Steve Wadley will focus on sales as EVP of bizdev and Joe Wesson has joined as the group’s CTO.

Yahoo tapped Reply to provide home valuation information to its Real Estate Home Values center. Reply will contribute aerial photographs, parcel maps, square footage, tax data and an instant home valuation to the online service.

Artix Entertainment tapped IGA Worldwide to represent ads in its games. Artix is an online game development, publishing and distribution company.

Horizon Media promoted three execs. The independent media services agency has promoted Stacy Sanchez to account supervisor from account executive, Amanda Morris to planner from assistant planner, and Andre Alfa to account executive.

Optimost selected WebAdvantage.net. The real-time multivariate testing firm disclosed a year-long, search engine optimization contract with the search marketing and online advertising agency.

Adviva will use NetAcuity’s Digital Element optimization technology. The U.K.-based CPM ad network selected NetAcuity’s IP Intelligence technology to optimize campaign delivery and provide targeted online ads to its clients.

Jack Myers MediaVillage.com is working with FeedBurner. The online community for media professionals and TV fans has joined FeedBurner’s ad network for RSS feeds and blogs.
