Joost added Warner Bros. Television Group programming. The Internet television service signed Warner Bros. Television Group to bring programs, including WBTV: SCI-FI FIX and WBTV: Before They Were Mega Stars, to Joost on an exclusive basis. Joost, which is still in Beta, recently signed a number of major advertisers to its system.

Monster Media appointed Bill O’Neil to senior vice president of sales and marketing. The provider of interactive advertising systems promoted O’Neil from his position as senior vice president of sports and marketing.

Jumpstart Automotive Media hired Brian Ledoux as director of advertising operations. The automotive advertising network created the position for Ledoux, who will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of all national, regional, and local display campaigns.

NetShelter hired Ann Jesse as sales manager for West and Central territories. The technology vertical network created the position for Jesse, who comes from CMP Technology, where she was national sales director of emerging accounts and markets, Electronics Group.

Publicis Healthcare Communications Group appointed Nick Colucci as president and CEO. Colucci replaces Ed Rady at the healthcare communications group, which is a division of Publicis Groupe SA.

Zango added two execs. The company hired Rip Warendorf as senior vice president of sales and David Caffey as vice president of business development.
