Eyeblaster hired Bobbie Halfin as VP of North American sales.
Halfin most recently served as managing director of sales and marketing for Meredith Interactive, a division of Meredith Corporation, prior to which she was president of Winstar Interactive and VP of sales for AdSmart Corporation. She also served on DoubleClick’s DART advisory board.

Independent online ad seller Interep Interactive is handing new sales and business development responsibilities to President Adam Guild and Tim Mahlman, senior VP of sales, as COO John Durham departs.
Durham left to join the founding team of Pericles Consulting, a new consultancy launched to help advocacy groups and political campaigns effectively use the Internet. Other members of the new firm include Tom Hespos, Eric Porres, Denise SooHoo, and Jim Meskauskas, all of Underscore Marketing.
Imaging software provider ACD Systems is using ExactTarget’s Connect email marketing system to personalize, segment, deliver and track more than 20 digital photography-related electronic publications. ACD said its newsletters go out to millions of opt-in subscribers in five languages every month.
“ExactTarget gives us vital personalization and list segmentation capabilities, useful email survey tools, integration with our customer database, and other advanced functionality,” said Rob Cooper, ACD’s email program manager.
DoubleClick has signed financial management software developer Intuit to use its SiteAdvance analytics solution for Turbotax.com.

Tickle Inc. has tapped Falk eSolutions AG for exclusive ad serving on its social networking site Emode.com. The site delivers over half a billion ad impressions per month across the Internet’s top media properties.
“The ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance after ad exposure separated Falk AdSolution from the competition,” said Steven Comfort, VP of sales and marketing of Emode.com.
