Trickle Up and Agency.com launched their Seed a Dream campaign. The agency is providing pro-bono work in its partnership with the nonprofit microenterprise development group. Agency.com is advising on donated media buys and is managing the Trickle Up Facebook community for the campaign soliciting donations via a microsite.

Aegis Group agreed to acquire Canadian digital marketing firm Mindblossom. The 45 employee firm will become part of Aegis Media Canada and the Isobar global network.

Undertone Networks hired Craig Phillips as the director of media operations. Phillips was previously manager, display media operations for Microsoft.

CinemaNow hired Ashley Woodworth as senior vice president of marketing. The digital entertainment distributor created the position for Woodworth, who was previously vice president of product at Move Labs.

Entertainment software firm Eidos Interactive tapped multiple-media.com to develop a Web site for Eidos-Montreal.

Pricegrabber.com tapped SiteSpect to optimize its Web traffic. The comparison shopping service is using SiteSpect for multivariate testing and targeting.

Timberline Interactive hired Andy Dunn as online marketing manager. The Web marketing and development company hired Dunn away from an online marketing manager position at The Vermont Teddy Bear Company.

Jewelry retailer Shane Co. selected Coremetrics for Web analytics.
