Catalyst names Nichols partner; Jaye joins Digitas from Wunderman; Eyeblaster grabs Firon

Catalyst hired Jim Nichols as partner, strategist. The marketing firm was launched recently by John Durham and Cory Treffiletti. Previously Nichols was vice president, strategic services for Real Branding.

Digitas named David Jaye SVP marketing. Jaye joined the digital and direct marketing agency from Wunderman Interactive, where he was co-founder and managing director.

Eyeblaster appointed Sarit Firon as chief financial officer. The digital marketing firm hired Firon away from a position as CFO and VP of finance at Olive Software.

Sparks Grove promoted Minsoo Pak to chief creative officer. The marketing agency created the position for Pak, who was previously executive creative director.
