Cross-media creative firm ATTIK has rehired Lisa Cleff as VP of business development and marketing.

Cleff departed ATTIK in 2001 to serve as director of sales and marketing for R!OT Manhattan before joining creative studio GOODSPOT in Santa Monica last year as VP of sales and marketing. In her previous three years with ATTIK, she led the acquisition of such clients as Fox Sports, Microsoft, Sony PlayStation and DirecTV.

“Lisa has one of the most successful sales histories in our company, and it’s really a privilege to welcome her back to our team with her energy, expertise and enthusiasm,” said William Travis, president of ATTIK U.S. and group sales director.

e-Dialog has acquired the email marketing business of rich media-focused agency Whitespeed.

Along with the rich media firm’s email marketing business will come several staff and customer relationships. Whitespeed has ongoing creative engagements with a list of clients that includes UPN (United Paramount Network), Fox and Wells Fargo.

e-Dialog CEO John Rizzi said the acquisition consolidates the firm’s role as a comprehensive provider of email services.

Women’s clothing retailer Frederick’s of Hollywood has tapped digital marketing firm 411web to develop an online ad campaign and optimize its other online efforts.

Jennifer Bedolla, director of online marketing for the clothier, said Frederick’s would rely on 411web to provide quick feedback on campaign reach and effectiveness. “If we’re not meeting our target performance metrics, 411web recommends how to tweak our programs,” she said.

Travelweb.com has tapped Performics for affiliate and search marketing services. The online travel company, focused on hotel booking, will look to Performics to boost traffic, brand awareness and customer acquisition.

“We chose Performics because they understand online customer acquisition and the unique and highly competitive nature of the online marketplace,” said Scott Hyden, general manager of Travelweb.com.

The Golf Channel has tapped Falk eSolutions’ AdSolution platform for ad serving and management on its Web site.

“Falk delivered on all fronts, including rich media support, inventory management, and overall usability,” said John Houde, VP of new media at The Golf Channel.

Since opening its U.S. office earlier this year, Falk has picked up several networks and publisher clients, including Adtegrity, Interep Interactive and A&E Television Networks.
