Enlighten appointed Greg Iszler as vice president client services. The interactive marketing agency hired Iszler in conjunction with a corporate restructuring effort that combined the Engagement Management, Business Development, and Marketing departments into a new Client Services Group, and collected Enlighten’s Creative, Design, and Information Architecture divisions into a User Experience Group. Enlighten was also named interactive agency of record for Kao Brands Company, a consumer packaged goods firm.

Atmosphere BBDO named Sue Davidson director, strategy and analytics. The agency hired Davidson from Digitas where she most recently led digital strategy development on the General Motors business.

AOL named Tariq Muhammad director of AOL Black Voices. Muhammad is responsible for all editorial activity for the division’s news, entertainment, culture and community.

HandHeld Entertainment tapped DoubleClick for ZVUE Networks’ ad-serving and reporting infrastructure. Doubleclick will enable rich media campaigns for companies advertising ZVUE Networks, HandHeld’s online video advertising network.

Rentals.com tapped Quigo for content-targeted advertising. A division of Consumer Source, Rentals.com will deploy a custom version of Quigo’s AdSonar platform across its sites.

TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications promoted Sharr Stark to regional vice president for the Pacific Northwest region. Stark has managed the Portland office for the independent recruitment advertising agency for over eight years.

DKNY tapped Squeaky Wheel Media to launch uncoverthecity.com. The Web site promoting the DKNY Delicious Night perfume provides a visual digital guide of New York City’s most interesting places.

Real Estate Board of New York tapped Posner Advertising for its ResidentialNYC.com Web site. The online real estate portal provides listings and supporting information covering the New York City residential real estate market.

RandMcNally.com joined the Travel Ad Network. The mapping and driving directions site named the network its exclusive sales representative.

NextHome named Optiem as its digital marketing agency of record. Specializing in the Ohio realty area with an online realty component, NextHome had originally used Optiem for its search engine optimization campaign.

Active Marketing Group hired two execs. The marketing and technology company named Kurt Hunzeker and Jim Garfield both as directors of business development. Hunzeker joined from Sparts Marketing which he founded, and Garfield was previously senior publicist and new business specialist for Roddan Paolucci Roddan.

WallStreet Direct signed a publishing agreement with Vibrant Media. The owner and operators of Wallst.net, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Financial Media Group, will use Vibrant’s Intellitxt technology for contextual video advertising.

Integrated Media Measurement hired Steve Walsh as senior vice president of sales. The media measurement system hired Walsh from as position as executive vice president and director of sales at IAG Research.

Alliance Data’s Epsilon International signed with EachNet to provide e-mail marketing services in China. A joint venture between online auctioneer eBay and Shanghai-based Web portal and wireless Internet provider TOM Online, EachNet will use permission-based email marketing solutions and services from Epsilon International, a division of Alliance Data Systems Corporation.
