Organic hired David Feldt as SVP and managing director of its Toronto office. Feldt was general manager and VP of client services with Blast Radius, prior to which he was SVP and global practice leader of Wunderman New York. He served an earlier stint with Modem Media.

After the proposed New Times/Village Voice Media merger, VVM CEO David Schneiderman will head the combined entity’s online division. In a memo to staff, he writes, “My immediate goal is to grow our online audience by utilizing our existing resources, and to break new ground in delivering fresh and compelling content to an ever-expanding audience in any way they wish to receive it.”

CheetahMail recently added several clients. They include Lillian Vernon, Jos. A. Bank, Boost Mobile, EMI Music North America and NYMAG.com.

Online digital printing service Mimeo.com named Stein Rogan + Partners to be its agency of record. The client has an estimated $5 million marketing budget for 2006

Interchange hired Peter Hutto as VP of business development and sales. Hutto was VP of business development and marketing for social networking service ZeroDegrees.

Academy of Television Arts & Sciences will use IMN’s email marketing platform to communicate with members. Messaging will seek to drive traffic to its emmys.org Web presence.

Corey Kronengold, former head of corporate communications for Eyeblaster, has joined start-up video ad network and targeting firm The Fifth Network as director of marketing. The move follows a brief stint with adware player SoHo Digital.
