Avenue A / Razorfish promoted Sydney Hunsdale to executive vice president, worldwide operations.Hunsdale had been senior vice president in charge of finance and operations for the agency.
Digital marketing firm WhittmanHart named David Skinner CEO of agency arm WhittmanHart Interactive and Mark Sullivan CEO of consulting arm WhittmanHart Consulting. The two branches of the business were created in the wake of the passing of previous CEO Bob Bernard earlier this year. Both men were also given board seats.
Apogee Search hired Ian Strain-Seymour as director of search marketing services. The search engine marketing firm poached Strain-Seymour from Coremetrics, where he was director of strategic accounts and consulting services.
Millsberry, Kidzworld signed with Gorilla Nation for online ads. The two online communities dedicated to kids will anchor a new vertical market for Gorilla Nation, called GNkids, which will be headed by Kyle Fletcher as vice president ad sales. Gorilla Nation also recently signed Marvel Entertainment.

Me Fine Foundation selected VisionPoint Marketing to redesign its Web site. The nonprofit organization provides assistance for children facing life threatening illnesses and their families.
Cyber Communications selected CheckM8 for online advertising in Japan. Cyber Communications will offer its customers the CheckM8 AdVantage platform as a subscription on its own ASP service or as a license version.
