Disney names an EVP of digital media; David Hendricks goes to Loyalty Lab; Deep Focus hires a creative director.

Walt Disney’s media networks division hired Albert Cheng as EVP of digital media, a newly created post with oversight of platforms such as VOD and mobility. Cheng led business strategy for Disney and ESPN Networks’ affiliate sales and marketing operations. Earlier he was senior VP of distribution strategy and operations for ABC Cable Networks Group.

Loyalty Lab hired David Hendricks as VP of sales. He held senior VP roles at CheetahMail, Experian and Donnelly Marketing.

Deep Focus hired Dana Deskiewicz as creative director. He was most recently art director at Foote Cone & Belding, working on the Hewlett Packard account. Earlier, he served as art direct with Reuters.

United Virtualities promoted Candela Levi to head of operational auditing. She’ll have oversight of all quality assurance on UV’s ad executions.
