General Mills tapped MDC Partners’ mono for its “Eat Better America” Initiative. The food company tasked the creative agency with creating a viral campaign linked to EatBetterAmerica.com which includes advice and information, as well as an online game.

Mountain Dew tapped Tribal Dallas for a redesign of its Web site.

Federated Media hired John Schnieder as director of sales, East. Schnieder was previously a director of sales with Yahoo.

CMP hired Abby Baskowitz-Free as director, online advertising services. The media and marketing company hired Baskowitz-Free away from a position at Neo@Ogilvy.

Goodmail Systems named David Atlas senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. The trusted e-mail technology provider promoted Atlas from the position of former vice president of marketing.

Yves Rocher will use eStara’s click-to-call services. The French botanical beauty company will use the system to allow visitors to the Yves Rocher Web site to make appointments with one of 550 local beauty centers over the phone with a few mouse clicks.

ClubZone joined Gorilla Nation Canada’s ad network. The nightlife portal will use the online rep firm to sell its worldwide ad inventory.

Landor Associates helped educational, non-profit First Graduate rebrand its Web site. First Graduate, previously known as the Bay Area Youth Fund for Education, is dedicated to helping young people finish high school.

Epsilon named Diana Schwartz vice president of technology services. The provider of multi-channel, data-driven marketing technologies and services, created the position for Schwartz, who joined from Grey Global Group’s G2 where she served as senior vice president and CTO.

4What Interactive, a multi-media marketing and communications firm, has launched a redesigned website for Ave Maria University.

Active Marketing Group hired Sherry Blume as manager, business development. Prior to joining the marketing and technology company, Blume was regional sales manager for Helmsbriscoe.
