Gary Stein goes to Isobar; PointRoll brings in three senior execs.

Gary Stein socializes at Isobar. Stein was named VP of social media at Isobar. For the past seven years Stein has been a ClickZ columnist. He was most recently VP of strategy at Ammo Marketing and Freestyle Interactive.

PointRoll names three to senior roles. Catherine Spurway, VP of strategy, joined PointRoll in 2005 and built the company’s marketing team in 2006. Chris Baughman, AVP, creative strategy, has worked in PointRoll’s Los Angeles office leading the creative services team in the West. Elaine Ybarra, marketing manager, joined from Yahoo, where she was front page ad solutions manager.

Quattro Wireless grows its auto business with Volvo and Edmunds.com. Edmunds.com selected Quattro Wireless to publish its mobile Web site. In partnership with Media Contacts and Mobext, Quattro secured Volvo as a site sponsorship for the re-design launch.
