Execs & Accounts: iVillage, Glam, Michael Gable

NBC Universal-owned iVillage named Joe Lagani as SVP of ad sales. Lagani was most recently with Glam Media as head of client sales. He’ll lead all of iVillage Networks’ sales activities, including display, sponsorship and integration of advertiser content.

Another former Glam exec, Jody Salamirad, has joined Lotame to lead a new L.A. sales office as director of West Coast sales. At Glam, Salamirad was national entertainment director and later Southwest style director.

As vertical ad network firm Glam Media lost execs, it promoted Jack Rotolo. Formerly EVP, Rotolo was promoted to president and GM of North America. Rotolo reports directly to the firm’s chairman and CEO Samir Arora.

Audience Science set up a memorial fund to support the family of Michael Gable, its director of West Coast sales who recently passed away. The fund will collect donations to support his children. More information is available on Audience Science’s Web site.

B2B ad network Decision Maker Media named several influential agency execs to a new advisory board. Those execs include David Smith, founder of Mediasmith; John Durham, CEO of Catalyst:SF; and Tim Hanlon, managing director of Vivaki.
