Execs & Accounts: Jumpstart, Euro RSCG, TBWA

Jumpstart Automotive Media hired Grant Whitmore as GM, publisher and business development. Whitmore previously headed finance lead generation as business unit president at BarNone, a division of First Advantage. Whitmore will be based in San Francisco and report to COO Dillon McDonald.

Ad network Adconion Media Group has hired several new staffers for its North American sales force, and will open offices in Chicago and San Francisco. Liz Schiff, formerly senior account executive at MSN, will serve as VP East Coast sales, while ex-president of sales at eType USA, Michael Parkes, is now director of East Coast sales. The firm has brought in six other sales execs based in New York, Chicago, Santa Monica and Toronto.

Euro RSCG New York designed and launched the staythirstymyfriends.com Web site for client Dos Equis, a Heineken USA product. The digital effort is part of the brew brand’s “Most Interesting Man in the World” campaign.

TBWAChiatDay, Tequila has launched a cross-media effort for Nissan Altima. Digital elements include a Web site and interactive ads.

Jason Steinberg is the new director of Publicis Groupe’s integrated media agency Spark Communications. Steinberg most recently served as digital director at Carat Australia.

U.K.-based children’s media firm Entertainment Rights appointed Fabian Milburn, formerly SVP of business operations at Oxygen Media, to SVP of business operations North America and global digital. Milburn will work out of the New York office and report to North America CEO Deborah Dugan.
