Big shakeup at mktg, Fox Mobile signs with MCN on allwords agreement.

Mktg changed up its management. The New York-based agency accepted the resignations of Charles Tarzain and Fred Kaseff, the company’s CEO and CFO. Both have also resigned from the company’s board of directors. Mktg promoted Charles Horsey from COO to president, and James Haughton to vice president and controller. Horsey joined the agency at the end of January.

MCN and Fox Mobile sign allwords agreement. The global agreement includes distribution of Mobile Content Network (MCN) allwords vertical paid search program ads across multiple markets worldwide on Fox Mobile distribution sites including Jambba and Jamster. MCN is a provider of search management, search merchandising, and PPC vertical paid search programs.

GSI Commerce plays with toys. GSI expanded its relationship with Toys R Us to include the company’s newly-acquired eToys.com and babyuniverse.com brands. GSI will provide e-commerce technology, customer care, and marketing services for the Web stores.
