Execs & Accounts: MySpace, Tribal Fusion, Valueclick, DBG

MySpace forms new CRO role for MTV's Stirratt; New Hires at Tribal Fusion, Valueclick, and DBG.

Nada Stirratt has been named the new chief revenue officer at MySpace. The newly-created position calls on Stirratt to head up global sales and strategy for the social network and develop new ad and marketing opportunities for advertisers. Stirratt was most recently at MTV Networks, serving as EVP of digital advertising.

Tribal Fusion has hired new sales execs. Former AOL ad sales rep Harris Bernstein will lead west and midwest sales. Other new sales executives are Michael Soh, formerly of eHarmony, and Leah Cook, who hails from social network WeeWorld. The agency also hired Franco Xavier Owiti, formerly of Premium Network, as account representative, network development.

ValueClick Media named three new account execs. David Bossbaly comes from Electric Media and will head direct sales in the eastern region. Casey Tezlaf and Robyn Gurin will run sales in the northeast. Tezlaf was most recently with Tribal Fusion, and Gurin worked at AOL.

Video distribution and production firm Digital Broadcasting Group hired Christopher Magdelinskas as CTO. Magdelinskas was senior director of digital infrastructure at CBS College Sports, and also worked as CTO of UGO Networks.
