Drop.io recruits Organic's Chad Stoller; Third Screen founder Tom Burgess to serve on Cellufun's advisory board member, and mobile games vet Keith Katz joins as an executive.
Drop.io gains an Organic recruit: Chad Stoller. Stoller will take the role of vice president, marketing, at the company that enables the private sharing of images, documents, and other media. At Organic Stoller was executive director of emerging platforms. He started his career at Arnell Group, where he worked with fashion brands including Ray-Ban, Banana Republic, Donna Karan, and Samsung. He co-founded Surge Interactive, a division of Arnell, and later returned to the agency where he continued to work for several years. Go here for full coverage.
Cellufun taps executives from Third Screen Media and Gameloft. Tom Burgess, founder of Third Screen Media, joined the mobile gaming portal as an advisory board member. Burgess currently acts as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Battery Ventures. Keith Katz joins the company as VP, marketing. Katz was formerly the head of North American marketing for Gameloft.
Vusion, online HD video solution, was selected by Dutch broadcasting network BNN. Vusion will provide white-label, full-screen high-definition streaming video content on the Web portal found at 101.tv.
Nick Holland left Pyramid Research for ABI Research. Holland, principal analyst of mobile content at ABI, was senior analyst at Pyramid Research, and director of emerging technologies advisory service at Mercator Advisory Group.
HC&B Healthcare brought in Erica Stevenson as account coordinator. Stevenson interned at the agency for six months in 2007.
