Execs & Accounts: Organic, CreativeFeed, Interpret

Organic San Francisco hires two. Anna Banks was named group director, strategy, of the SF office. Previously she held a vice president position at McCann Worldgroup. Sacha Reeb, group director, creative will oversee all creative work released from Organic’s San Francisco team. Reeb has worked on accounts such as Mercedes and Sparkasse Bank at Jung von Matt/next. She also worked on creative campaigns for Volkswagen at ArgonautenG2 and GE, Doritos and Cingular Wireless at AtmosphereBBDO.

OgilvyOne’s Arthur Ceria goes out on his own. He founded CreativeFeed, a micro agency that bridges technology and marketing. Clients include Calvin Klein and the Museum of Modern Art. Ceria, who will serve as chief creative officer, was senior partner and executive creative director at OgilvyOne in San Francisco up until late 2008. He established OgilvyOne’s San Francisco office and grew it to 70 people over two years. Over that time he created online marketing campaigns for Yahoo and Cisco. Before that, he led Euro RSCG in New York as the executive creative director for integrated communications.

Interpret continues to grow its video game practices. Entertainment, media, and technology measurement and market research firm Interpret hired Michael Cai to the position of VP, video games. Cai will lead the company’s gaming vertical, providing market research and analysis products. Prior to Interpret, Cai served as director of digital media and gaming at Parks Associates where he established and grew its gaming coverage practice and led a research team to provide syndicated and custom research for digital media, gaming, and service provider industries.

The UXB built a site for Swatfame. The WXB, an advertising, branding, and interactive agency, designed a corporate Web site for the apparel manufacturer.

Bosch selects Grey New York as AOR. Grey New York will be advertising agency of record for Robert Bosch’s regional business unit, Filtration-Americas. Grey will be responsible for integrated communications and provide strategic planning, creative execution, media planning, and digital. A brand advertising campaign is already in development.
