Organic promoted Conor Brady to chief creative officer. He was previously VP of creative, working on campaigns for Bank of America, Chrysler, Estee Lauder and Ethan Allen. The agency also promoted Steve Kerho to SVP of analytics, media and marketing optimization.

Goodmail Systems promoted Gal Chanoch to VP of product management. Chanoch helped launch the company’s CertifiedVideo solution for adding streaming video in e-mail.

Chick-fil-A tapped Atlanta-based BrightWave Marketing to manage its e-mail marketing programs, including its “e-mail insiders” program. It’s the first time the chicken sandwich chain has worked with an agency of record.

Hearst Magazines Digital Media tapped Coupons.com to launch a coupon gallery on Delish.com. The site is jointly operated by Hearst Magazines Digital Media and MSN.

DMi Partners launched a new e-mail marketing division and appointed Josh Aberant to lead it as privacy and standards director. Aberant previously led Lyris’s privacy, deliverability, and consulting unit.

Digitaria hired Anthony Yi to lead a new New York office. Yi was SVP of business development and worldwide sales at online video platform Narrowstep, prior to which he held management posts at Bertelsmann’s Arvato Systems.
