Platform-A's expands in Scandinavia, Revenue Science hires, iCrossing deals with Epson
AOL’s Platform-A expanded with five Nordic regions. Platform-A opened in Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden. The expansion increases the ad network’s reach to more than 160 million Internet users in eight European countries.
Todd Greenwood joined Revenue Science as senior software engineer. Greenwood joined Revenue Science’s Seattle office to support evolving demands for behavioral targeting solutions. Greenwood was most recently senior software developer at Zumobi. He was also senior software developer at IConclude, a data center automation firm.
iCrossing created an Epson America homepage and digital calendar for holiday “Deal-a-Day” promotions.The new design offers enhanced, rich media features and improved user navigation for Epson. Epson also created a holiday “Deal-a-Day” interactive Flash-based application, a digital calendar that uses rich animation and graphics to reveal product specials for each day in December.
Jim Beam Bourbon got a new Web experience. The global Web site was built by Wirestone, the Chicago-based interactive agency for Jim Beam for the past eight years. The site reveals stories and experiences revolving around a bottle of the brand’s alcohol.
Millennial Media collaborated with Stella McCartney to develop a mobile ad campaign. The campaign, targeted for holiday shoppers throughout North America, will run from mid-December through the end of January 2009. It represents the fashion designer’s first foray into mobile marketing.
Powered named Natanya Anderson VP of content strategy and delivery. Anderson previously held the role executive creative director at Powered. In her new role she will guide development and delivery of creative content for the online training company. Anderson is the author several books on Web technologies and has a background in education, Web technologies, account management, and creative delivery.
REI and Zumobi are providing slope information to skiers. Through a Zumobi application REI created the REI Snow Report, a free application for the iPhone, Blackberry, and Windows Mobile devices that lets users get instant information about conditions at ski resorts and mountains in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and elsewhere.
Re/Max of New Jersey selected OrangeSoda for SEO. OrangeSoda will help Re/Max boost search rankings for international listings on both Google and Yahoo.
