Execs & Accounts: Push, Greystripe, Turn

Ad agency Push promoted four, and hired four more. Jason Poinsette was promoted to director of account management and founding member Ron Boucher will now serve as creative director. Andy MacMillin was promoted to associate creative director; Michele Mandelkorn was promoted to account executive. Hires include Account Supervisor Tara Crary; Heather McBride, senior account executive, public relations; Product Manager Bonnie Ebner; and Susan Watts, junior media planner/buyer.

Greystripe was selected to provide ad-supported games for NBC Universal mobile Web sites. NBC Universal’s mobile properties including Bravo, Sci Fi Channel, and NBC.com will feature the games.

Online ad firm Turn opened a New York office. Jim Clark will lead the New York office as regional vice president of East Coast sales. He joined Turn from Yahoo, where he was director of the network sales team.

Keith Bencher joined Federated Media as senior vice president of strategy and development. Bencher was previously at CNET, where he also managed strategy and development.

Lycos made changes to its senior management to focus on innovation. Kevin Baillie became the chief operating officer in addition to his existing role as chief financial officer.

Full-service interactive Web design firm FireThread Studios added to its Web design team. Juston Paslow joined as Web and digital media designer. He most recently served as the lead Web developer at Excelsior College.
