Cheever, EVP and executive planning director, comes from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, where she was deputy planning director. Prior to Goodby, Cheever worked as planning director at Ogilvy & Mather. She also served as VP of marketing at Skinmarket, and started her career at youth market agency Lambesis Advertising.
Michael Laur was named executive director of Southwest sales at Yahoo. Laur was the vice president and digital publishing director at the Nielsen Company. At Yahoo Laur will be responsible for driving revenue for the entertainment, games, consumer packaged goods, and pharmaceutical categories for Southwest.

Before that he spent over three years at D’Arcy, beginning as account planner and ultimately as senior account planner. Prior to D’Arcy, Anderson worked at The Martin Agency.
