Team One, a division of Saatchi and Saatchi, hired Troy Kooper as creative director. Kooper joins the National Lexus account from Goodby Silverstein, where he worked on campaigns for clients including Comcast, Netflix, HP, WNBA, and Hyundai. Previously he worked at Mekanism and R/GA.
Epic Advertising named Marc Porcelli VP of advertising sales. Porcelli will be based out of the New York-headquartered agency’s Toronto, Ontario offices. Porcelli previously served as chief marketing officer of Singlesnet, an online dating site. He was also director of Toronto advertising sales at AzoogleAds, now a division of Epic Advertising.
Jen Goforth was promoted to senior vice president, Scripps Networks (SN) Digital operations. Goforth, previously VP, online production, is now charged with leading initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of SN Digital properties, which include HGTV.com and FoodNetwork.com. It is a newly created position.
TMP Directional Marketing, a local search marketing agency, promoted Michael Flanagan to president, Flanagan has served as chief financial officer of the company since 2003. In addition to the company’s financial operations, he will oversee management of the executive team and its 17 local offices.
