Visible Measures expanded its business development team with the addition of three new executives. Seraj Bharwani, SVP of business development, was a founding partner of Digitas. Evan Berg, VP of corporate and business development, was previously at Brightcove. Alex Nasson, director of alliances and channels, comes from Interwoven.
Gorilla Nation signed on to represent online community Horseland. The site, geared toward children, uses characters from the CBS cartoon of the same name. It will be part of Gorilla Nation’s GNKids offering, which also includes MarvelKids.com, Kidzworld.com and StarWarsKids at StarWars.com/kids.
JumpTap opened offices in Stockholm, Sweden, and Madrid, Spain. The new offices aims to address demand for mobile search and advertising services throughout Europe, particularly in the Spanish, Nordic, and Baltic markets.
Goodmail named Jordan Cohen senior director of industry relations. Cohen co-chairs the Email Experience Council’s Advocacy Committee, and the Authentication and Online Trust Alliance’s Public Policy Committee. He also serves as a member of the DMA’s Public Relations Advisory Committee. Cohen led strategic relationships and communications at Epsilon, and was manager of public policy at the Direct Marketing Association.

ICrossing moved its New York offices over an avenue to a larger location. The digital marketing company’s New York office moved from Madison Avenue to 200 Park Avenue South, where it houses 60 employees with room for expansion.
Hyperfactory cast a former film studio executive to head its new entertainment division. Liz Jones spent 10 years at Fox split between Fox Mobile Entertainment and the film division.

Kowabunga promoted Eric Kissel and Ryan Riggin. Eric Kissel becomes VP of operations for iLead Media. Ryan Riggin was bumped up to VP of client development.
Local ad firm Yodle recruited four execs. Tom Hubbard, director of optimization, previously worked at Amazon.com in development and optimization. Todd Herrold, GM of Yodle Network, was previously director of product management at Register.com. Brian Battjer, director of product management, headed product development at Yodle, and previously worked at MeetUp.com, AdBrite, and Community Connect. Brook Shepard, director of search marketing, hails from SendTraffic.com.
ClickSquared expanded its travel and hospitality group with two new appointments. Cabot Woolley was named vice president of client services. Lindsey Melton was appointed account director.
