Extractor Pro 98 sends opt-in email and works as a newsletter server, customer database manager, autoresponder, and contact management solution.

The software makes it easy to run multiple newsletters automatically. It processes all “remove” requests from people who want to be removed from opt-in email lists, newsletters or bulk email advertisements. It will also process and remove all bad email addresses from any list.

Extractor Pro filters email by keyword or geographic location and removes duplicate addresses automatically. It can also merge, delete, break-up, add, purge duplicates, let users see the total number of address in each list, and sort different mailing lists.

The software’s Replyman autoresponder features unlimited built-in follow up feature that lets users quickly send information automatically.
