Falk Ties into Site Analytics

The ad-serving company joined WebSideStory's API partner program.

To provide its clients with more detailed post-click ad tracking, Falk eSolutions has joined WebSideStory’s Stream API partner program.

Its participation in the program will let the Germany-based company integrate WebSideStory’s HBX analytics functions into clients’ ongoing email and ad-serving efforts. The product will complement Falk’s own post-click tracking functions.

“You can see not only whether people are clicking through, [but also] what they did on the site otherwise,” said Tom Jenen, director of marketing for Falk North America. “And you can see it in integrated reporting. The ease of use is key, [as is] the deeper information people can’t get otherwise.”

WebSideStory’s other HBX Stream partners include Responsys, EmailLabs, Poindexter Systems, and @Once. The company has approximately 20 such partners.
