Fallon McElligott Signs MindSpring

New York City-based Fallon McElligott said it has won theadvertising account for Atlanta-based ISP MindSpring Enterprises Inc. Billingswere undisclosed.

New York City-based Fallon McElligott said it has won the advertising account for Atlanta-based ISP MindSpring Enterprises Inc. Billings were undisclosed.

Fallon McElligott was selected after a review that included Ground Zero in Los Angeles; Bayless & Partners in Atlanta; and McKinney Silver in Raleigh, N.C.

“Fallon just plain got it and got us. They displayed that deadly combination of extraordinary smarts and tremendous creativity. We’re going to do great things together and I look forward to the partnership ahead,” said Alex Kaminsky, senior director of marketing at MindSpring.

“We could not be more delighted,” said Alison Burns, president, Fallon McElligott New York City. “We feel that this relationship will be an enormously fulfilling one on both sides.”

Fully integrated brand advertising for MindSpring, including national TV, print, design, outdoor and radio, will break in August, the agency said.

MindSpring offers local Internet service in 748 locations throughout the United States. and is also a provider of Web hosting services and domain registrations.
