FirstRain adds customer intelligence solutions to the Salesforce Touch Platform with the release of FirstRain Touch.
Salesforce’s Touch Platform is an enterprise application builder optimized for mobile devices. FisrtRain’s recently unveiled software builds on the platform by adding customer intelligence solutions to Touch.

FirstRain Touch will allow companies to put customer intelligence data into their enterprise apps built using Salesforce’s platform. The product uses big data analytics to offer businesses information on customer trends and habits.
As a company, FirstRain offer’s businesses customer intelligence tools on a variety of customer relationship management platforms. Along with Salesforce’s Touch Platform, the company offers solutions for Chatter, Cisco WebEx Social, and Microsoft SharePoint.
Salesforce’s Touch Platform is an enterprise app builder that enables firms to build their own iOS, HTML5, and Android apps.
The tool allows a company to write custom apps for their company and send them out across different mobile platforms. Touch offers users the ability to build out apps using Salesforce’s cloud services, as well as enterprise tools like offline storage.
