Gift certificate store Giftpoint.com rolled out an affiliate program and signed with affiliate marketing technology company Be Free Inc. to implement the program.
The program allows affiliate sites to make money by selling gift certificates from over 100 name-brand retailers, restaurants, catalog, and Internet companies such as Barnes & Noble, Olive Garden, Marshall Field’s, Omaha Steaks, Planet Hollywood, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Red Lobster and Virtual Vineyards.
At the site, the customer has the choice of sending an original store gift certificate or sending their recipient an e-gift certificate. Giftpoint is offering a $5 payment to affiliates through Father’s Day.
