A new service brings deliverability, reputation and accreditation issues front and center, along with recommended steps to their resolution.
E-mail accreditation and reputation provider Habeas is adding to its deliverability tools with a monitoring service to track issues with deliverability and reputation.
Habeas E-mail Monitor promises to deliver clients continuously updated data on inbox delivery, the reputation of their domains and sending IP addresses, customer feedback, and compliance with Habeas SafeList, its whitelist of accredited senders used by several ISPs and spam filtering providers to block or filter customers’ e-mail.
Habeas also provides recommendations to help customers achieve and maintain a good e-mail reputation. Those recommendations are gleaned from best practices of e-mail experts across the Habeas network.
E-mail Monitor utilizes an updated version of Habeas’ Reputation Monitor service, which now provides a consolidated view of a customer’s reputation status and provides a “to-do” list of any corrective actions required. Separate values are assigned to each sending domain and IP address, both for reputation and SafeList compliance, making it easier to isolate problem areas.
“E-mail certification and reputation is an ever-changing and evolving market. As we continue to strengthen our offering with enhancements to our services, we’re able to deliver on our goal of helping businesses reliably use e-mail to communicate with their target audience,” Mike Mills, director of product management at Habeas, said in a statement.
