HomeSeekers.com Inc., a provider of online residential real estate listing information for home buyers, real estate agents, mortgage and title insurance companies, signed an advertising representation agreement with 24/7 Media Inc.

“We have had considerable success in building our banner advertising program since we launched HomeSeekers.com based solely on the strength of our Web site’s appeal to our target market of real estate professionals and home buyers,” said Greg Johnson, CEO of HomeSeekers.com. “Now for the first time we also have a large professional advertising sales force representing our site in every major market in the United States.”

Johnson said that HomeSeekers.com now generates more than 14 million page views per month and that banner advertising rates currently range from $0.003 to $0.04 per view.

24/7 Media in New York City operates The 24/7 Network of more than 85 high- profile Web sites; the CLIQNOW! networks, comprising more than 75 medium to large Web sites anchored by flagship sites; and ContentZone, a network of more than 2,000 small to medium sites. In addition, 24/7 Media develops its networks’ underlying ad serving technology, Adfinity.
