Cupertino, CA-based banner exchange HyperBanner introduced QuickBanner, a free banner creation tool designed to help small businesses quickly and easily develop Web site banners for use in its network.

The company said QuickBanner is a solution for developing professional, high-quality banner advertisements in minutes. All of the templates provided are specialized for target audiences and optimized for maximum visibility. The QuickBanner tool is free and can be accessed at www.quickbanner.com.

“QuickBanner is a key component in our mission to provide small Web businesses with everything they need to effectively promote their sites,” said HyperBanner CEO Amir Faintuch. “QuickBanner not only provides easy-to-use development tools but also the banner templates and tutorial information we provide is tested and therefore increases effectiveness of use. . .”

A user chooses a banner background from a selection of ready-made templates in the gallery, which includes specific categories such as music, sports or even templates customized to a particular country. Then, customized text can be added. After the text is added, a complete banner is displayed within seconds. Additional special effects and animation can be also added.

Once the banner is created and posted in the banner exchange network, users can track its effectiveness, in real-time, using HyperBanner’s Full Statistics package. At any time, banner click-through rates can be checked and monitored.

HyperBanner offers 16 topic-based networks that cover special interests such as travel, sports, finance, health and music. For every two Banner Exchange banners that a member displays on their site, they earn one banner credit that allows them to post one banner on a member’s site.
