- Marketing: Create and send email campaigns with this module. You can send HTML and text campaigns and create and manage multiple mailing lists. It also ensures CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Sales: Track leads and sales activities with this module. You can prioritize and assign tasks to your sales force; and track sales activities, including calls, email, and meetings. You can also view and manage your sales pipeline and forecast sales closings and project revenue.
- Customer service: With this module, you can manage inbound inquiries. You can receive and store inquiries from your Web site; categorize and route inquiries to customer service personnel, and create consistent, accurate, and professional responses. You can also monitor customer service levels.
