InterAd, the new European ad rep company founded by the former European staff of SOFTBANK Interactive Marketing, signed KABEL NEW MEDIA, the partner ATP Tennis Tour which is responsible for www.atptour.com.
KABEL NEW MEDIA in Hamburg, Germany, is a strategic partner of ATP Tour, the governing body of men’s professional tennis. The agreement calls for development and enhancement of the site in addition to advertising sales.
The banner sales are handled by InterAd while KABEL NEW MEDIA will remain responsible for sales activities in integrated marketing efforts and strategic partnerships.
Prices for banners range from CPMs of $40 to $80, InterAd said.
The atptour.com Web site was relaunched on March 1 and features live coverage, real time scores and exclusive information from the international tennis circuit.
The next tournament featuring live video and audio streaming is the Monte Carlo Open April 20.
