Internet Marketing Ninjas (IMN) has appointed Chris Boggs as the company’s chief marketing officer (CMO). In his new role, Boggs will be working closely with the leadership team to help define and grow operations and long-term client deliverable.
In addition to his role as CMO, Boggs is also the current chair of the board of directors for the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), where he also served as president from 2010-2012. Prior to joining IMN, Boggs was at Rosetta where he was the director of the Search & Media Thought Leadership team.
The executive hire comes as IMN continues its expansion in both talent and acquisitions. In 2012, the company acquired the Developer Shed network of websites from Ziff Davis, the Cre8asiteForums, WebmasterWorld, and Threadwatch.
