Interactive agency K2 Design Inc. named P. Scott Munro of Savoir Technology Group Inc. and David Sklaver of Artustry Partnership to its board of directors.
Munro is chairman and CEO of Savoir Technology Group Inc., a distributor and integrator of computer systems, software, storage and services. K2, whose stock price has been languishing, said Munro brings to the board his expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions and in assimilating companies into a parent company.
Sklaver is a general partner, founder and CEO of Artustry Partnership, a strategic and creative marketing company. Prior to founding Artustry Partnership, Sklaver was president of ad agency Wells Rich Greene BDDP.
K2 is a full-service e-communications agency focusing on how technology can help businesses build customer relationships. Clients include Arthur Andersen, NCR, Puerto Rico Convention Bureau, Sony Online Entertainment, Standard & Poor’s, and Varsitybooks.com.
Separately, K2 named Roland Reinhart an account director, to serve a primary client point-of-contact and provide strategic marketing leadership. He joins K2 from fine.com International, where he worked with clients such as Fuji Photo Film USA, Japan Airlines and GE to develop strategies for interactive initiatives.
