Beyond Interactive said it will create a multi-million dollar online direct marketing and branding campaign for kforce.com.
“We feel that kforce represents something unique within the career management and recruitment space,” said Nick Pahade, co-founder and chief strategic officer of Beyond Interactive. “They have an opportunity to become the industry leader through their brick and mortar history, online vision and Web interface.”
kforce.com offers online services ranging from standard resume posting through career development to exclusive career and job guarantees.
Beyond Interactive will manage all of the online strategic planning including media planning and buying, campaign management, reporting and optimization for kforce.com.
“We approached Beyond Interactive with a pretty hefty challenge: developing an interactive marketing strategy that would put us at the top of the heap in the online staffing world,” said Joe Liberatore, president of kforce.com.
