Headstream, a social agency specialising in digital marketing and brand-promotion, has released their yearly Social Brands 100 report.
Brands have been increasingly utilising social media to their advantage in the past year; 2012 saw just over 300 brands nominated, whereas 2013’s research included over 700 brands.
The research was carried out by measuring brand performing on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube over a six-week period in spring 2013, and surveying a cross-section of participants to pin-point trends in social media.

5. Thomas Cook UK – Travel
